You can create an account online through the Scheduler or through the Mind Body app. We offer a variety of different class packages as well as a monthly auto-renew. You can also show up to the studio and we can register you.

The Megaformer™ is an incredibly effective machine that works your body in a uniquely intense way. The machine uses a system of springs and pulleys — and your own body weight — to work your upper and lower body with adjustable resistance.

Although the machines looks quite similar, the Lagree Method is a higher intensity workout than pilates.

There are several major differences between Pilates and the Lagree Fitness Method. First, they use different types of machines. While they may look a little similar, they have different features that are designed for different functionalities. The workouts are also distinct. Pilates features faster movements that get your core muscles working. In the Lagree Fitness Method, different muscle groups are targeted at the same time through slower, tensed movements.

Yes, we suggest arriving at least 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to check in so we can help you get settled in the studio. With safety and the group experience in mind, students are not permitted to enter the studio 10 minutes after the start time.

We encourage you to consult your doctor before participating and to ask the trainer about any necessary modifications. The Ritual, the Ritual +1 and The Essential Mega Fitual are wonderful low-impact alternative for pregnant women or anyone recovering postpartum or from injury. If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation. All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit. Please note that the waitlist locks and becomes void at the 12 hour mark – therefore, potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.

There is no magic number, we have clients that come 5-6 days a week and some once a week. Ideally you want to get your body moving 5-6 days a week and we are pleased to offer many different class offerings to help keep you moving!

Lagree classes are 45 minutes. Fitual, Ritual & Fitual MAMA classes are 60 minutes.

In the hallway between the two studio rooms there are set-your-own code lockers to store your things. There are cubbies in the MEGAFitual studio for storing small items.

We suggest wearing comfortable, fitted exercise clothing. Traditional indoor only gym shoes work well for Fitual / Ritual classes. Please bring your own water bottle - We have a filtering station you can use to refill. Towels are provided.

Yes, The Fitual offers one shower.

Socks with grips are required for all MEGAFitual classes and are available for purchase.
