We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit or incurring a no-show fee. Late cancellations may be charged according to our policy.

We provide all necessary equipment (mats, bands, weights, etc.). Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene for our Mega, Mega Mat, 30/30, 45/15, and Vibe classesRunning shoes are required for the Fitualand The Lab.

Yes! Private and semi-private sessions are available in-studio and virtually. These are perfect for tailored support and goal-specific training. Please contact us for rates.

Absolutely! Many of our instructors are trained in pre/postnatal fitness. Just let us know ahead of class so we can offer appropriate modifications.

Yes! The Fitual Anywhere platform gives you access to a library of workouts anytime, anywhere. Sign up through our website and stream workouts on your phone, tablet, or smart TV. New classes are added weekly.

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience The Fitual Anywhere before committing.

Our flagship studio is located at 1800 Corydon, expansion is at 2030 Corydon. We also offer livestream and on-demand options for clients outside of Winnipeg, The Fitual Anywhere.

Yes, we have clean and modern changing facilities. We have one shower at 1800 and 4 showers at 2030.

Parking is available at both studios. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
