Choose from our Mega Fitual classes (454 mintues on the Megaformer, up to 12 participants) or our mat-based Vibe, Fitual, and Ritual (60 minutes, up to 16 participants). Or try a dynamic fusion of training on the Megaformer and mat-based strength or mobility work with our 30/30 class.
Host a private fitness experience at our 1800 Corydon studio, perfect for celebrations, team events, or group workouts.

- A 50% deposit is required for group so 8 or more and is refundable up to 48 hours before the event.
- All participants must have a MindBody account and signed waiver before attending.
