This is for anyone looking to heal their core post baby, whether you are 6 weeks postpartum or 10 years. Return to fitness is the first step to you making a full and safe recovery. Returning to your optimal state of functioning and approaching your new life with the physical strength and the calmness that your mind needs. The Fitual provide’s a space to connect with other new moms where you can ask questions that often help with recovery.
The first week we offer our special guest, Jamie Wheaton, pelvic floor physiotherapist. She will be leading an alignment section and correct core connection. This is the 1st step to your healing process.
