Front of House

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage clients in a friendly, positive and welcoming nature
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate the Mega machine to new clients
• Support instructors to ensure smooth check-in and class experiences
• Maintain working knowledge of the MindBody system
• Understand Fitual products, retail policies, and procedures
• Keep the studio clean and organized between classes
• Help with monthly retail inventory
• Complete opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable communicating with clients, team members, and management
• Available to work 10-12 hours per week (2-3 shifts)
• Flexibility availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Available to work some holidays (studio is open year-round)

Fitual/Ritual/Lagree Instructor

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Certified Fitness Instructor
• Execute class planning on a weekly basis, ensuring to keep class fresh, educational and enticing
• Attend training by head trainer
• Observe and take classes taught by current instructors
• Teach mock classes
• Minimum of 10 attended classes

The Lab Instructor

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Passion for strength movement and elevated customer experience.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Active Certified Trainer Credential
• Strong knowledge of strength training, form, and injury prevention
• Confident coaching individuals and small groups
• CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable, organized, and passionate about elevated guest experience
