Favourite Mega or Fitual move? Why? 

Fitual: Pliés would have to be my favourite Fitual move. It combines strength, balance and posture all in one!

Mega: My favourite Mega move is twisted bear. The true oblique burn you didn’t know you needed!

What can one expect from your class?

In my Fitual class you can expect a high energy environment while dancing to the beat of the music. I take all this energy and channel it into slow movements on the Mega. Both classes complement each other so well I can't stress that enough!

Don’t half ass anything… whatever you do - use your full ass!
