Favourite Mega move? Why?
There are so many different moves I love on the mega but one of my all time favourites is the side lying leg sweep and press. It really targets your glute medius muscle (so good for all of you runners!) and is such a good way to burn out your legs. If you can keep your top leg off of your bottom leg the entire time, you’re amazing!
What can one expect from your class?
In my classes you can expect lots of slow and controlled pulses and even the occasional six count to finish off our lower body moves.
