I absolutely love how Mega Fitual classes provide an opportunity to reconnect with myself and my breath in a challenging and powerful way, leaving me feeling so strong and beautiful! Mega classes are an excellent way to slow down, sweat, connect inward, and feel that burn!
Favourite MEGA move?
Giant Reverse Carriage Kicks - they never get easier but I love how this move incorporates strength, control, alignment, and of course the burn!
