What is your go-to class at The Fitual?

Tough choice, a MEGA class is my go-to but a Ritual class is always a nice treat!

Favourite move?

I love plank to pike on the MEGA machine. During a Ritual class I really enjoy a core and arms series.

 What do you love about working at the studio?

I always feel so energized when I come into the studio. It is such a great feeling to be a part of such a welcoming and supportive community.

Favourite thing to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending my spare time outside. I love going on walks with my dog or going on a run with my friends!
